Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small, in-home spa business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact my ability to serve other clients and maintain my schedule. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to fill your spot with another guest who may be waiting. • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total. • This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. • If you are more than 10 minutes late without communication, it may be treated as a no-show.
